The “A-un Stone Garden” at Ryōgen-in symbolizes both the beginning and end of the universe, embodied in two stone arrangements that represent the inhalation and exhalation of breath—“A” and “Un.” Within its limited expanse of white sand, the garden conveys an infinite sense of expansion. Using the intricate patterns of electronic circuits as material, I reconstructed the composition through Pixel Montage, harmonizing it with the garden’s philosophical symbolism. The silent rhythm created by stones and sand resonates with the orderly beauty of circuits, reflecting a garden that breathes endlessly beyond the bounds of time.
