The stone garden of Ryōan-ji, where fifteen stones rest upon white gravel, is one of the most renowned karesansui gardens in the world. Depending on the angle of view, the arrangement reveals different expressions, inviting endless interpretations. I overlaid this abstract quality with the intricate patterns of electronic circuits, reconstructing it as a Pixel Montage. On the micro level, precise order expands; on the macro level, profound silence emerges. This work offers a new perspective for experiencing the spirit of Zen.
